Being attentive to figures has not been my specialty. (ergo why I selected journalism, in place of finance, as a lifetime career.) That preference pertains to my eating and do exercises practices too. While we generally understand which foods are healthier and I also enjoy challenging exercises, i love to count on my body—and taste buds—as my guide, in place of counting calories or strapping for a heart-rate monitor.
