Documents necessary:

Marriage Application Forms

These types are achieved from the regional registry office in Mexico. You need to specify whether you’ll get married under joint or property that is separate this kind.

Full Passport; we recommend so it’s legitimate for at the least a few months, and a duplicate of exact exact same (both the groom and bride).

Travel or Resident Visas

Original and copies of the Visitor’s Permit (FMM) that has been completed during the slot of entry or, if you should be resident in Mexico, a duplicate of one’s resident permit.

Birth Certificates

These will have to be Apostilled and translated by the translator that is approvedsee Apostille, below)

Divorce Decree / Death Certificate

If either partner was formerly hitched, or either partner is widowed, copies for the Divorce Decree or Death Certificate, if relevant, (see area above: formerly Married) will likely be necessary for presentation.
